This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).


When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone and some of the cookies that are set on your device. In addition, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, the web pages or search terms that referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information”.

We collect Device Information through the use of functional, performance and other Cookies that help improve the experience of using the Site. These track actions that occur on the Site and collect data, including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

We collect information entered through registration and enrollment contact forms, including your name, address, email address and phone number. We refer to this information as “Registration Information”.

In addition, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, processed payment information (except credit/debit card or bank account numbers which are processed through a secure gateway payment gateway), email address and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

When we refer to “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we mean both Device Information, Registration Information and Order Information.


We use the Order Information we collect generally to process courses purchased through the Site (including processing your payment information). In addition, we use this Order Information to: communicate with you;
examine our orders for fraud or potential risks; and when, in accordance with the preferences you shared with us, we provide you with information regarding our products or services.

We use Registration Information to communicate with you and follow up with you for event organization or other applicable volunteer, apprentice or other program registration.


Rancho Úha does not share your Personal Information with third parties. Through the Site, we share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information as described above. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information that we receive, or to protect our rights.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request that your personal information be corrected, updated or deleted. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us using the contact information found in our Contact Us section.
In addition, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information to fulfill any contracts we may have with you (for example, if you place an order through the Site) or to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. In addition, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including Canada and the United States.

When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

We may update this privacy policy periodically to reflect, for example, changes in our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
